who is Julie Tarazona?
Life , Business & Relationship Coach-Bilingual Motivational Speaker
Julie Tarazona is based in Miami, Florida. She is the founder of Fierce Coaching International, Elevate Women’s Conference, and the co-founder of Impact Self LLC, a youth empowerment initiative.
Julie is widely recognized for helping women, families, and teens overcome challenges, embrace reinvention, and lead with confidence. Originally from Valencia, Spain, Julie immigrated to the U.S. at age 10.
Her upbringing—shaped by her mother’s entrepreneurial spirit and her father’s artistic talent—instilled in her a deep sense of resilience and creativity.
She began her career as a Special Education Teacher and later became a college professor at Miami Dade College, before transitioning into coaching. She is a sought out speaker and has spoken, trained and lectured for various companies.
Julie is happily married, as life gave her a second chance to find love, and has two adult children Lucia and Lucas.
She has always been a connector and loves to see women ELEVATING to their next level and their process of becoming a JEFA. AKA BOSS
